Do you take custom orders?

At this time we are taking personalized bulk orders (25+) only such as adding a company logo to products. We do not design logos, file must be provided in PNG or SVG format. Please reach out to us for a quote.

 

How long will my order take to process?

Typically orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, orders usually take 2-5 days to arrive. Please note this is an average turnaround time, but some unexpected delays may occur. If you need your order expedited, please send us a message. Additional fees may apply.

 

Shipping & Returns

How much is shipping?

Shipping will be calculated at checkout and is based on amount spent. You may request local pick up in Apex, NC if you do not want to wait for shipment.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within the United States only.

Are receipts included in the package?

We do not include a receipt or invoice in any of our packages. Receipts are emailed to the customer only.

 

Do you accept returns & exchanges?

Since items from our shop are customized/personalized, we do not accept returns and or exchanges. Please reach out to us directly if you have any issues or concerns so that we can have the opportunity to make it right using the contact form.

What machine do you use to make your products?

Currently we use a combination of a Onefinity CNC and Glowforge Pro Laser. We also have other various woodworking tools that are used to create your special product!

What type of wood do you use?

Wood will vary by product. Please make sure to read the description of each product before ordering including care instructions.

What type of food grade oil do you use on the cutting/charcuterie boards?
